“I’m so glad you’re here; how have you been?” Sarah asked as I walked in her room. It’s a great feeling to be warmly welcomed. I already knew the day was going to be great. The threat of rain had subsided and I was working with two amazing clients. Sarah and Kyle’s Signature of Solon wedding near Cleveland was bound to be awesome.
I knew they had put a lot of effort into planning & designing their wedding. Little did I know how awesome the result would be. Sarah had asked Molly Taylor Designs to do the floral design. The flowers from Molly were simply stunning, as always. Scott Jones from Jerry Bruno was providing the entertainment, which is always welcome. As for Signature of Solon itself, Sarah and Kyle had it completely decked out. White and silver linens covered everything. Lighting was used to expand the space and add color. The club also made the perfect locations for the creative portraits.
Following the wedding ceremony at St. Columbkille, we headed straight for Solon. Before reaching the club, we stopped for an extra special treat. Kyle happens to be a firefighter, so we arranged some special portraits of the bride and groom at Solon Fire Station #2. Just down the road was Signature of Solon. Sarah and Kyle had smartly chosen to keep their wedding day simple. Instead of running all over Cleveland, we simply chose to use their wedding reception location for the creative portraits. After all, Signature of Solon always looks smashing. The sun shone bright that afternoon, so I whipped out the film camera for portraits of Sarah and Kyle together.
While the details were amazing, the best part was the people. Sarah and Kyle both have some amazing friends and family. Kyle’s three sisters are so sweet, and Sarah’s sister gave the most wonderful toast. Below are just a few highlights from their Signature of Solon wedding. I hope you enjoy!
