A couple weeks prior, I had dropped by the Vineyard for a scouting trip. I already knew Lauren & Ben’s Gervasi Vineyard wedding would be something truly amazing, so I wanted to make sure I was prepared. In our mid-western climate, it’s rare for couples to do an entirely outdoor wedding. Personally, I love them, but I guess there is a risk of rain. For Lauren & Ben’s Gervasi Vineyard wedding, the entire event would be outside, which plays perfectly with my style.
When the day finally arrived, it could not have been better. The weather was brilliantly sunny and would remain so all day. The ladies looked stunning in their long, coral-colored empire dresses. The flowers also matched perfectly. Each bouquet was filled with roses, peonies and hydrangeas of coral, pink and white. I especially loved the addition of eucalyptus. More so, Lauren looked amazing in her wedding dress. The lace with beading was stunning and I love how effortlessly the train moved behind her.
After the getting ready photos in the morning, we would start the day with a first look on the lawn. The first look turned out to be a moment filled with emotion – from laughing to crying. These emotion-filled moments would carry throughout the day. From the Lauren & Ben’s personalized vows through to the toasts at the reception. Speaking of the wedding reception, it took place under Gervasi’s Pavilion, which is a huge open-air space styled like any old building in Tuscany. It is truly something special!
By the end, everything turned out perfect. And the Gervasi Vineyard wedding team did such an amazing job. They kept the entire wedding running perfectly. Below are just a few highlights from this truly amazing wedding. And in case you are curious, you can also see Lauren & Ben’s stunning engagement session. I hope you enjoy.
